International ShippingWe do ship internationally on a weekly basis however due to the nature of international shipping this is priced completely on size of the artwork - so the international shipping charge is just a guide for larger artworks (approx 45" x 35") If there is a differential in your shipping price we will refund / charge the difference to you. If you would like to receive an exact quote of costs prior to ordering then please do email us dispatch@robertsonfineart.com
Please note that any framed paper pieces will be sent with a UV Protective acrylic in place of Glass (this is to ensure safety in transit) The Acrylic used is more UV protective than most variations of standard glass and almost indistinguishable. Please call us if you need any further info.
From time to time we will list items as 'in stock' that we have recently ordered from the artists but are not yet physically with us/ we have sold our original gallery copy and are now taking orders while we await replacement. This can alter our delivery times - we will notify you if this is the case. If you would like to check the stock of any of the works listed online prior to ordering then please do call us.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email edinburgh@robertsonfineart.com to request a refund and we will arrange collection.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include candles and certain packaged gifts.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
